As artists we are always developing. I started this site some years ago to monitor my progress at art classes. Some areas have improved faster than others and I expect this to continue to be an interesting journey. Constructive comments are always welcome. Steve.

This is a lovely still life. I prefer the pastel. This one seems more polished than the acrylic.

Yes, I agree. I prefer the pastel version. I did them both at evening class and ironically the pastel was an afterthought when there was stll half an hour left before the end of class!
